Amended rules - August 1, 2008

The Division of Banking amended Section 3 of Chapter 3 of the Rules & Regulations of the Commissioner which establishes the maximum transaction fee that can be assessed at an ATM or cash dispensing machine in Wyoming.   

The amended rules increase the maximum transaction fee that may be charged at an ATM or cash dispensing machine in Wyoming from $1.50 to $2.00.
