Amended Rules
June 29, 2007
The Collection Agency Board amended Chapters
2 and 4 of the Rules & Regulations of the Board. The amended
rules were signed by Governor Freudenthal and filed in the Office of the
Secretary of State on June 29, 2007.
Chapter 2 was amended to increase the
number of agencies a resident manager may have from five (5) to ten (10).
Chapter 4 was amended to incorporate the Fair Debt
Collection Practices Act in its entirety and by reference.
