The Wyoming Division of
Banking began participating in the CSBS/AARMR Nationwide
Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) on
November 1, 2008.
All license activities are conducted through the NMLS.

Exemption from Licensing
Certificate
Wyoming statutes exempt some companies from licensing as
a mortgage lender or mortgage broker. If you feel
your company is exempt from licensing and need
confirmation from the Wyoming Division of Banking,
please complete the Exemption from Licensing form and
forward it to our office for review and response.
