Members

Wyoming Statute 13-1-604(b) provides for the membership of the State Banking Board.  The Board consists of seven members who are appointed by the Governor. The Director of the Department of Audit serves as an ex officio member of the Board. Of the appointed members, four are officers or directors of Wyoming state banks, one is an officer or director of a Wyoming national bank, and two members are residents of Wyoming who are not an officer or director of any bank.
